Monday The Third.................

Well you all know what time it is. TOOL TIME! Not really it is Monday weigh-in time. This week I wasn't really expecting it to be a good week. It was however. I lost 3 more lbs. which puts me at 212.

What is it that you changed in your diet/exercise that makes you lose a consistent amount each week?

I cut out soda and fast food. And cut down on my portions. Like the lasagna Friday, A few weeks ago I would have down the whole thing. I still have to have caffeine but I drink coffee. Which helps with cravings and if drank black helps lose weight. Also I have two softball leagues and playing the wii sports rally helps especially the boxing and training events.

Yah, I pretty much downed my chicken parmesian on friday. I think I need to do more aerobic exercise rather than weight training.

That helps. The wii boxing really helps with the cardio cause it is intense.

Found an interesting article -- looks like Wii Boxing is the best for exercising, but still doesn't burn as much calories as other exercising activities.
