It's Monday....................

That means it is weight posting day. Well I have to say. Somehow when I went to weigh myself this morning the scale said 218. I was like "huh?" I weighed myself at 225 last Monday. So I don't know. I have cut down on the Fast Food. I haven't had a soda since Friday, and before that Tuesday or Wednesday. Well here goes then.

My weight at the time I weighed this morning: 218


edit- Due to operators error My starting weight is wrong. It should be 220

If you really did lose that much weight, than you can see how many calories are in fast food and sodas. If you eliminate these, especially because your a man, you'll lose weight quickly. You go, Evan!

Okay so my starting weight was actually 220. The scale was set to start at 5 lbs for some reason. and didn't realize until this morning when I went to weigh. And then didn't think that it affected my starting weight.

You can loose up to 15 pounds a week for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Water weight when I started running I droped 11 and 13 pounds in the first two weeks from there is slowed. But Im a crazy dieter and I was runnign between 4 and 10 miles a day so I never lost less then 6 pounds in a week. I beleve it.

well my starting weight was 212 and that was before Christmas and i have cut out drinking soda ok maybe i cheat sometimes but i go to the doctors a lot and have noticed my weight going down and i went from 212 to 184 since December.
